Partial Hospitalization, also known as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of drug and alcohol treatment program that is meant to treat drug and alcohol addiction disorders and mental health disorders which may be co-occurring. In a PHP facility, the individual in rehabilitation participates in a variety of rehabilitation activities and strategies during the day and then leaves in the evening.
