Criminal justice clients are a large portion of clientele who are currently taking part in drug and alcohol treatment facilities in Nevada and in the USA. Judges around the country are finding it more advantageous to rehab men and women who have ended up in the court system for crimes relating to drugs, rather than penalizing them to no avail with time in jail and other such rulings. It is proven to be more successful to address the issue of drug addiction directly, rather than invoke such penalties.
