Partial Hospitalization, sometimes referred to as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a kind of drug and alcohol rehabilitation center that works to deal with substance abuse disorders and psychological disorders which might be co-occurring. In a PHP program, the treatment client in treatment takes part in a variety of treatment services and methods during the day and then leaves in the evening.
